Athletes Children With Disabilities Wins 32 Medals In The Special Olympic 2016. Little champs of Dominique Lapierre Home For Children With Disabilities gloriously win 10 Gold medal, 15 Silver medals and 07 Bronze medals in District level Special Olympic Game was organized by the Special Olympic Bharat-West Bengal at Bally Swimming Authority Premises on 18th September. We all are proud of our Athletes.

Bengal Swimming
On September 2017, seven inmates & volunteers from Asha Bhavan Centre participated in the All Bengal Para Swimming Championship 2017 organised by the Bengal Para Sports Association at Salkia Swimming Pool Association. Four of them won Gold medals and the remaining three secured Silver medals while facing tough competition. Their brilliant performance was highly applauded by Mrs. Laxmi Ratan Shukla, Hon’ble Minister of Sports, Govt. of West Bengal, Mr. V. K. Dabas, Hon'ble Founder of Para Swimming of India, and other dignitaries present at the venue.
